I am trying to setup a page that will allow people to sign up to be monthly donors.  All I need this page to do is to collect a person's credit card information or bank information, their name, and fone# and/or email.  What is the best way to do this with Civi?  Once I have this information, I can do the actual monthly deductions myself.  but my supporters are frustrated b/c they can't just fill out a form online and send it in.  Currently, they have to either fill out a paper form or talk to our secy.  The contribution pages I tried to setup are way too complicated.  I just need a simple form to collect the data.  I am not even sure if Civi can do this.  any ideas? 
 
I wish I hadn't installed the Standalone version.  If I had drupal, I would just make a simple contact form.
