Unrecoverable Error in Membership Registration post upgrade from 2.2.7 to 3.0.2
December 23, 2009, 06:25:56 pm
After upgrading from 2.2.7 to 3.0.2 (drupal 6.x), I get an error when an user (anonymous or authenticated) tries to become a member (https://alternateroots.org/civicrm/contribute/transact?reset=1&id=2).  The error is:

unrecoverable error
Sorry. A non-recoverable error has occurred.

Mixed profile not allowed for on behalf of registration/sign up.

    Return to home page.

In addition, although a page will have appeared to load (the entire page is displayed and active) the icon on the tab, and the language at the bottom of the browser (firefox) will continue to say that it is transferring and the page will appear to still be loading.  I am not sure if this is related, but both are occurring post upgrade.

I am using drupal 6.x and using the drupal roles synch module for civicrm.

Profile that you have included for above page is a mixed profile.  Check the profile type, profile should not have any contribution/ membership related fields.
