Regarding 'I never had this problem with civicrm 2.8 and down... ' - CiviCRM switched from using dojo to jQuery as the AJAX library - which may explain the difference.

I figured out that some of my css was totally screwing with civicrm. I removed the css and then redid the css in a more straight forward direction and that has seemed to have fixed the issues with civicrm and my nice menu css. It seems totally out of line for something like that to interfere but hey I don't develop for civicrm so how am I to know that is has a total monopoly on certain tags.


My current issues are with my drupal install after disabling and then re-enabling the modules I have a number of modules that are broken in the fact that the links in the system configuration section of the administration page are broken. My ads module is also throwing an error has anyone had similar problems.

I fixed the drupal problems by just reinstalling drupal and migrating my info. If I had someone paying me to figureout why things were not working I would have but I don't have the time or money. Sorry that I can't post any more info about how to specifically fix the drupal problems in the previous post.
