Tabs not visible in "view contact: screen

I installed ver 1.8 on drupal. 5.x on a windows machine. I followed the installation instructions as per the wiki site. But after installation, I am not able to see any tabs (Summary, COntributions, Evenst, relationships etc.) on the "view contact" screen. Attached is a screen shot. Do I need to make any configuration changes to display these tabs or do I need to install any other UI component?

Figured it out. I had to change the resource URL as i installed it under sites/all/modules.
