Black Bar Over Portion of Form

There is a funny black bar over a portion of my contribute forms.  You can view a sample here: http://75.125.60.13/~naturesv/index.php?option=com_civicrm&view=Contributions&Itemid=190

Can anyone tell me how to adjust this so it doesn't mess up my form.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like a css issues with your theme.

In  template_css.css you have defined class "description" which is overwriting "description" class in CiviCRM

Check position and background properties on "description" class in  template_css.css.
