We moved to a new server, not shared to solve some problems and now I have new ones.

Problem 1.  When sending mail in CiviCRM, I have numerous test emails to make sure it's working.  My gmail account emails are received, my verizon.net and personal domain accounts on GoDaddy do not come through.  The CiviCRM report shows all emails successfully sent.  All spam folders are empty and the sender address for the test mail is in all the email accounts address books. 

Problem 2. No bounced emails are received to be able to diagnose problems from individual addresses.  I am trying to set that up now.  I am not skilled here so I am pretty lost.  I set up an email account in CiviCRM/Administer CiviCRM/Mail Accounts but I don't know what the polling protocol is, or where the source location is.  I've tried each one, IMAP, POP3, Maildir and Localdir without a source and tried to test it with the command http://domain/sites/all/modules/civicrm/bin/EmailProcessor.php?name=username&pass=password&key=site_key&emailtoactivity=1, using my user name/pw/site key etc.  I get this:

Should I be putting something in a .php file somewhere??

Update.  We changed from outbound settings SMTP to SENDMAIL (/usr/sbin/sendmail  argument -i)  Still mail is not going.  The CiviMail report shows all emails sent successfully.  But mail.log shows "stat:service unavailable" for the majority of email addresses.  gmail addresses, we use Google Apps for email.  I am not concerned about configuring bounced mail yet.  The catchall account works.  I just want my mail to be delivered!
