Looking for Civi Guru to train development team on starting a Civi Project

Hi Civi Community -
We are a web development shop and are about to start our first CiviCRM project. Our client currently is using Avectra (NetForum) as their CRM and we will be migrating them to Civi. I would like to hire a consultant/developer to train our team and provide ongoing guidance for this project. Any suggestions on where to find this Civi Guru? Thanks,

Depending on your location and the number of folks you want trained - might make sense to pull together a public developer training session in your area. We'd need 12 or more paid participants to do a 2 day session (and a free or low cost venue). You can get a flavor for previous events here:
