Error upgrading from 1.9
January 06, 2010, 12:53:56 pm
Hello,

Please help me. I'm trying to upgrade our CiviCRM from 1.9 to 2.2 (and then to 3.0), but when I go to back up my database (Administer Civi> Backup Data), it gives me a 500 Error. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong? Thanks so much.

You should use phpmyadmin or any other database administration tool to backup your database.
