Membership status not working properly
January 06, 2010, 03:58:29 pm
In some of our instances, memberships that expired six months ago are still appearing as "Current" - for example, I just found someone whose membership expired on July 31, 2009 but still appeared as Current.  Our grace period is 60 days after expiration.

When I updated the record and clicked save, it automatically corrected the membership status to appear as it should.  Does anyone have any ideas how I might correct this?

Thanks!

Have you setup UpdateMembership script as cron job? This script will automatically change the status of memberships.
