"Access Denied" issue for registered Admin/Editor/User

I'm an Admin and Editor but can't edit any memberships, configure events, but can edit a contact information...    Is anybody getting this problem and how to do I solve it?  I've checked cookies, using different computers, our developer says its some kind of firewall issue on our end but don't think it is....   
This is very frustrating!!  Thanks!!

Are these drupal roles? Make sure they have correct civicrm related permissions.
