Groups on dashboard not showing

When I go to civicrm/user?reset=1&id=56 I do not see any groups. This site independent and also affects users with multi-site permissions

Are you saying Groups are not showing on the Dashboard? and are they checked to show here - /civicrm/admin/setting/preferences/display?reset=1
