Payment processing for ModernPayments..

I am in need of a way to process payments for ModernPayments, I have the API, instructions and a test account. I know nothing about how to do this? I noticed a post that someone said directing with POST can be tricky. In the manual for this gateway it says you can use either POST or GET.

Is anyone up for this challenge? Also how much to create this?
