Where are the translation files for 2.2.7?
January 12, 2010, 01:37:41 am
I went to the Pootle site, but all I see are translations for 3.0 and 3.1.  I need zh_TW for 2.2.7.

Thanks for any replies.

Historical translation bundles are available on CiviCRM download page: http://sourceforge.net/projects/civicrm/files/

Just locate civicrm-2.2.7-l10n.tar.gz file there (s/b in civicrm-stable section).

Thx,
m

That, or you can simply fetch the relevant file from our code repository at http://svn.civicrm.org/l10n – the files for zh_TW for the 2.2 branch are at http://svn.civicrm.org/l10n/branches/v2.2/zh_TW

That's great.  Thank you, guys. The Source Forge archive's zh_TW mo file is the
same one I have, it's only 31K. Very incomplete.

But in the code repository the zh_TW mo is 555K.  Yay!

That’s because a lot of work went into the zh_TW translation since the last 2.2 release (kudos to the translators!).

If we end up releasing 2.2.10 some time, I’ll backport the relevant strings and the civicrm-2.2.10-l10n.tar.gz file will have this (as will the 3.1.beta5 tarball to be released tomorrow, and the 3.0.4 tarball to be released next week).
