Finding organizations with no employees
January 13, 2010, 05:29:18 am
Hi all,

Happy New Year.

I am seeking to find all organizations in my 2.2.2 civi database that have no employees, so that I can review and probably delete them. I may also need to identify orgs that have employees with no drupal account.

I've been poking around in the backend with no success. Any suggestions on how to do this most welcome!

Thanks,

Tobias

Make a Group A = all orgs
Make a Group B = all orgs with Relationship = Employer of

Make an A-B Group.

Maybe???

Hi peterd - thanks for the reply. Can you explain? I don't understand how this could work, or give different results than simply doing an advanced search for orgs with relationship = employer. What I need is all orgs with relationship = employees none.

If you make a Group with All Orgs in it, and also make a Group with only Orgs with an Employee - and then use Custom Search to Include Group with All Orgs and Exclude Group with Employees then it looks to me like you will end up with All Orgs with No Employees.
