I created a copy of an event. Then tried to delete it.

Then a message comes up: This event cannot be deleted because there are participant records linked to it.

But when I check the view participants, there aren't any, which
is true, because no one has signed up for it.

How to delete the event?

I've got more questions coming. =)

It looks like you might have some test participants for that event.

You might want to do a Find Participant search with Find Test Participants? checked, and delete the test participants before you try to delete the event.

Thanks Yashodha. I did use the search and the result was that
there were no participants.

This particular event was created from a copy.

I created another copy and was able to delete it. So I'm
still not sure why I can't delete the previous one which
still exists. I'll post back if I find out anything.
