CiviCRM DB Tools installation instructions

Hello,

Am just about to download Dharamtech's (fantastic) CiviCRM DB Tools scripts.

The installation instructions (http://dharmatech.org/tools/CiviCRM_DB_Tools/tutorial_CiviCRM_DB_Tools.pkg.html#installation) don't say anything about where the package can be found.  Maybe that is download instructions rather than installation instructions but it would be great if there was a line that says

"The latest version of CiviCRM DB Tools can be found here: xxx"

I'm getting this error.  Any idea how to fix?

I think your php install is missing the php-xml library.
