Donor Report (detail) lacking Contribution Type as a filter

Is this intentional, unavoidable, or just not seen as useful for this report. Seems like it makes the report much more flexible if it could have Contribution Type built in.

No this was not intentional. Should be a pretty easy add to the report

please submit a patch back if you make the changes :)
