Civi Access Issues/Errors
January 18, 2010, 10:11:26 pm
My client is having issues accessing certain areas of Civi.  Now, here's the mystery.  Outside of their network there are no issues accessing all of the Civi functionality.  Within their network (office) they are having intermittent access issues.  For example they cannot view or edit individual contributions that have been made through CiviContribute.  An error is returned "You are not authorized to access this page" (screenshots attached).  Again, when we log in Drupal/Civi with the same account information outside of the network the error is resolved.

So obviously we have an issue with their internal network and how it interacts with Drupal/Civi.  At this point we have tried everything imaginable and have tried to work with their IT department who cannot resolve the issue.  Has anyone had similar issues and if so could you tell us how to solve the problem.  I'm sure there will be questions regarding this topic, please feel free to contact me.

Regards,

George Inglis
