VCF exports mobile as HOME

It seemed that Outlook wasn't importing Mobile phone numbers from CiviCRM vcf files.

CiviCRM is exporting them, just not as Mobile. Output of contact Bob Testmobile from the demo site:

TEL;TYPE=HOME,PREF:043864848
TEL;TYPE=HOME:0212181800
EMAIL;TYPE=HOME,PREF:bobtestmobile@spam.com

The mobile number needs to be exported as CELL to be imported into the Mobile field in Outlook etc.

TEL;TYPE=HOME,CELL:(404) 555-1212
or
TEL;TYPE=CELL:(404) 555-1212
