Author Topic: Groups Not Appearing Under Tags and Groups When Adding New Contact (Read 726 times)

I have three regular, not smart, groups (on a site using 3.0.1). When I go to Contacts >> New Individual and I want to add the new individual to one of these groups, I see the list of available tags but not my three groups. Is this normal? Seems like I should be able to do this.

You might want to check the permissions for the user, should be either 'view all contacts' OR 'edit all contacts'.

Thank you, but I don't think that's it. I am user 1 with all permissions and I don't see the groups.
