fatal error when printing mail labels

After upgrading 3.0.2 -> 3.0.4 I'm not able to print mailing labels:

FPDF error: Some data has already been output, can't send PDF file

On the 3.1.x sandbox this works ok.

Can you check your error log for any notices / warnings during printing of mailing labels.
