Need to set ACL to some reports

How can we limit access to Export CSV, Add to group, or change report criteria?
Ideal would be by ACL or roles in CiviCRM or Drupal.

we dont have permissions on individual tasks as yet

a code contribution / sponsorship to add those permisions would be great. ping us on irc if you can develop/sponsor this work
