Importing contacts to membership

Hello

I am developing the website of a club. We will use CiviCRM to manage subscribers.

I wonder if there's any easy way to import the contacts into civiMEMBER.

You can use "Import Members". Check: http://drupal.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/member/import&reset=1

I must first export the contacts to CSV and then import them from civiMEMBER

Yes you do that. Note that you also need to specify Membership type etc. for membership import.
