Hi,

When I create PDF mailing labels for all 5,000 contacts in the database (none of these contacts have any privacy options, etc), only 68 appear on the pdf.

If I segment these contacts by any criteria labels are only created for those 68 in the orginal 5,000 (if any of them are present in the segment.  i.e. the problems seems independent of the searching and totally related to the contact record.
 
No upgrades - I did move the site from one subdomain to another but I can't see how that would affect this.  This site is using 2.2.3 upgraded from a reasonably corrupted (but now assumed fixed) 2.1.6.

I asked the client and looked at the change logs of the 68 contacts to try and work out what they had in common - it seems most if not all of theme were edited or created recently.  But editing a contact addresses and other details but this does not seem to affect whether they are included in this 68.

This behaviour is not replicated when I export to CSV or look at the search results, etc., so I presume it is happening in /CRM/Contact/Form/Task/Label.php or somewhere nearby.  I wanted to have a look at the SQL queries that were being called as part of this process, but couldn't and now, due to shortage of l33t coding skillz, I am unable to investigate further.

Anyone got any bright ideas?
