How can I attach an agenda to an event?

I am really new to civicrm and I have been reading documentation but am missing something.  We are wanting to utilize CiviEvent for working group and member conferences. The event company that we have now, that we are transitioning from has this ability to generate agendas for each event.  Someone goes in and makes a schedule  what groups meet in what rooms and what time...and so on. I was wondering, is there a way to do that with civiEvent?  I haven't quite been able to come up with a good work flow for it yet....

Does anyone have any ideas?

I think you can create  custom data for Event of Type File and then you will be able to attach doc files etc.

Is it possible that I could make a CCK form for everyone to fill out their agenda and sessions on and then show that info on the event page it matches up to in civicrm?

yes. You will need to implement this via the pageRun hook. hook details are here:

you'll need a fair amount of PHP and CCK knowledge

Oh..I just looked at that link. I have no idea what to do with what I see. I don't have much in the way of php skills. Would there be a way to put the form in a block and display the block on the event it matches with?

Do you require ACL? If not, this may sound obvious, but why not start with Google Docs, and just post the link?

Yes, that's what I would do.  Sharing on Google Docs is one way to do it, but any URL to the agenda PDF would work.  If you are managing hundreds of events this might be cumbersome, but a link is all you really need - no?
