RFP: Small nonprofit needs help with customizing CivicCRM:
September 19, 2007, 05:27:51 pm
We are a small nonprofit that works primarily with adoptive-foster families. We need some assistance taking the customized data we need to collect, creating customized profiles and member registration. Some of the work has been done and we know the data that needs to be collected. At this point we need someone to pull it together and make it all work.

We’re also in need of the following customization:

1. Ability to assign tasks i.e. phone call, meeting, etc. Example: Staff 1 is talking to a contact, sees the contact needs to talk with Staff person 2. Staff 1 can create the activity but assign it to staff person 2.
2. Ability to have the “activities” as a stand alone. Example of use would be a phone message. Call comes in, (or email, etc from someone that may or may not be in the contact database) and the caller needs to speak with a staff or volunteer that is not available. The phone message is taken (logged), assigned to the correct party and than shows up on that person’s task list when they log in.

We are using Drupal 5.1 and CivcCRM 1.8

Our organization, Web Access is an India based software development company and have a team of engineers as the India development center for CiviCRM. Hence our team has a good understanding of the CiviCRM solution and structure.

We also work in the Joomla / Drupal segment and actively provide development support for website / module development. If you could contact me on "claudian at webaccess dot co dot in" on your requirements, I could provide you with a quote on the same.

We have a web page on the CiviCRM services that we offer - http://www.webaccess.co.in/htm/support_civicrm.htm .

Do have a look and let me know your contact details so that I can get in touch.
