De Goede Woning will start using CiviCRM as their CRM!
February 01, 2010, 01:40:03 am
As explained in a previous post here we did a prototype at De Goede Woning last year. And it is now official: they have decided to take the first step towards using CiviCRM as their CRM! They specifically liked the possibilities of groups and tags, in combination with the functionality of households, individuals and organisations.

For us it is a real breakthrough as it will be the first Dutch housing corporation to use Open Source in one of their important business areas, and this gives us the opportunity to talk about this with other housing corporations, which has been our market for the last 7 years.

De Goede Woning is a housing corporation based in Apeldoorn, the Netherlands. It employs about 100-125 people and serves thousands of customers. Their main needs are:
  • share what they know about customers and contacts throughout the organization
  • manage other activities than renting out houses
  • follow individuals and their 'social information'

In the coming weeks we will build a project plan with them. Part of that will be developing a link to their main transaction system and a link to their documentation management system.
