Event Information Screens are not formatting correctly with 3.3.1

Missing newline or break after event time causes location to overwrite event time.
Missing newline or break is also causing "Register now and Ical to display to the right of event fees.

I've got 5 events running right now, and this looks really bad.  Any reformatting help would be greatly appreciated.

I found it.  Is there any problem with substituting the eventinfo.tpl from 3.0.3 Until this issue is fixed?

I answered my own question.  I replaced the new and improved 3.3.1 Eventinfo.tpl with the 3.03 version for the time being.  This cleared the problem.  How do I go about formally reporting a bug?
