I think we are testing version 3.1.1, but I can't remember which screen shows this and our production is version 1.9

When adding new userss, it appears that the date and time of the addition is displayed as the last access rather than when the user first logs in.  Maybe this is by design, but in the old version "never" was useful.  Is this how the last access date is supposed to work?

Actually, now that I think about it, maybe not that big of a deal, since I can look for last access being same as member since, but still a little strange since some have never accessed.
