couldnt use civicrm moduel from my neighbour's computer

couldnt use civicrm moduel from my neighbour's computer. as an admin i able to acess everything expect the civicrm but i do from my computer. plz help me out. thank you

had you logged them out and then logged yourself in?

yeah. i'm working on that module. my group leader asked me to show what i have done on his computer. i logged out from computer and logged in from his computer as an admin using my ipaddress instead of localhost in url. im able to acess everything like i do in my computer except civicrm module. i aint getting the menu bar.

can u confirm Resource URLs, go to  Administer CiviCRM -> Global Settings -> Resource URLs
