Email confirmation not sending in 3.1.1
February 04, 2010, 06:58:27 pm
Please forgive me if this has already been asked, but I've just installed 3.1.1. for a new client and for the life of me can't figure out why the online registration confirmation emails aren't being sent out.

I've gotten this to work successfully in older releases.

The test email after setting up smtp is sent successfully
The BCC'd message is sent successfully during test drive

But neither the registrant or the BCC address receive an email when doing a live registration.

Is this a known issue?

I suppose I could revert to an older version, but I'm really digging 3.1.1. apart from this issue.

this is what siteground was able to send me. i made comments below. It doesn't even seem like a function to send an email is being called when using the "live" online registration. This is the complete log for today.

This is the test email sent from the Find Contacts results page. The email was sent successfully

bummer, unfortunately I don't have SSH access without paying extra. I don't know that the client wants to pay for it either.

can i revert to an older revision without the whole thing collapsing on me?
