Use of word "dashboard" is very inconsistent
February 04, 2010, 09:54:03 pm
In CiviCRM version 3.1.1, the use of the word "dashboard" is very confusing for a end-user. If I click the "home" menu item, I am taken to my dashboard.   Yet if I click the "Events ... Event Dashboard" menu item, I am taken to a screen that is not a dashboard.  ( Same for  "Contribution Dashboard " and "Membership dashboard" )

When is something a "dashboard" vs just a screen with lots of info?
