Can't add individual prefix

New installation, is it possible that the installation is incomplete, or perhaps a permissions problem?
Problems are:
I select the option to Add a new Individual Prefix, screen changes, yet there is no fields to enter the new prefix.
I also cannot import Contacts. When I try to import, I cannot enter in the fields in the wizard, e.g. csv file name.

Hello Karenann,

Sounds to me like a permission problem. There is a CiviCRM: import contacts permission, and there are a couple of permissions that cover custom data. these will need to be checked in order to create new Prefixes, profiles, etc.
