Invalid%20Session

Hi there,
CiviCRM keeps redirecting me back to the Joomla Control Panel instead of letting me see the home dashboard. The URL it takes me to is administrator/index.php?mosmsg=Invalid%20Session.
If I am quick enough to click on any menu item in CiviCRM before the refresh, then it lets me use it. It seems to load most of CiviCRM but then exits at the last minute.
I have changed two settings recently:
  • I added JoomSEF, which will have changed my .htaccess and
    I have added an item to my dashboard (I mention this as the item is loading, but it redirects me before it is finished).

I am using PHP 5.2.4-2ubuntu5.6, with the latest version of Joomla and the latest version of CiviCRM.

Hi all,
I am still having this problem and I was wondering if anybody had found a solution. Is it possible to reset the Home Dashboard?
