3.0 -> 3.1 upgrade failure under Joomla
February 10, 2010, 12:20:14 pm
When performing the upgrade, I got this message:

Code: [Select]
CiviCRM component files have been UPGRADED successfully.
Please run the CiviCRM Database Upgrade Utility now.

Things were looking good!  But when I clicked on Database Upgrade Utility, I got this message:

Code: [Select]
DB_DataObject Error: DB Error: connect failed
I have no clue why this has happened.  Can anyone offer me a clue?

Strange, not sure why you got this error.  Can you restore back to your 3.0 db and then try to upgrade again.

Thanks for your suggestion, I had restored back to 3.0, and will attempt upgrading again at some point, but right now must focus on development and integration for a bit.
