Event Registration

Thank you guys so much for creating this awesome program.  I am using drupal 5x and the latest version of CiviCRM.  This question pertains to Civievent.

My organization has several event managers (people) who manage all of our events, and we would like to only allow each manager to edit and manage their own events, and not other managers' events.

How can I change the permissions to add this type of functionality?  Or should I just ask on the Drupal forum?

Although our Access Control architecture can potententially handle this requirement - it has not been implemented at this time. (Currently you can control access to Groups of contacts, Profiles, and/or Custom Fields using ACL's.)

If you are interested in developing a solution to this - you can start by reading the CiviCRM Architecture series in the CiviCRM Blog and then reviewing the Access Control doc's on the wiki.
