Scrambled Messages in Some Replies

Hi,

We've sent mailings set to auto forward replies to the from address.

Emails are sent in both text and html.

Some of the replies coming back are illegible. Have you come across this before. I estimate about 10% are scrambled.

Hi,

we have not had reports about this.  are you able to reliably reproduce this problem with a particular domain or email address?

From about 70 email sent out about 7 come back scrambled..
It occurs when a user clicks on the reply to address generated by CiviCRM?

Genuinely puzzled
