I am trying to get following errors while  in the continue bottom

PHP Version 5.2.9 and the site is running on Joomla

seems like u r using both www.rana.org and rana.org. u might want to add a redirect from rana.org to www.rana.org

follow the procedure here to ensure that all urls are pointing to www.rana.org
