Fatal error :civicrm block
September 26, 2007, 04:52:23 am
I'm getting following error, when enabling upcoming event block
Code: [Select]
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cmp_date() (previously declared in /home/fossnet/public_html/v2/includes/common.inc(1342) : eval()'d code:3) in /home/fossnet/public_html/v2/includes/common.inc(1342) : eval()'d code on line 7
I have tried this code

Hmm - I just add that code to a block in my local Drupal 5 install and it ran fine. However, the error indicates a conflict. Some other code running in your site has already declared Jeff's cmp_date() function - so I guess the thing to try is to rename that function to something else (and modify the code line that calls that function as well).
