Multi-select participant role

I think there's probably some good use cases for allowing multi-select of participant roles for an event. Let's say an individual is both a speaker and an exhibitor at a conference (common case) -- if custom data is role-specific, we may need to track details regarding their speaker role as well as their exhibitor role.
