I just signed up for CiviSMTP, and after logging in, when I click on the 'CiviSMTP Account Settings' link (https://civismtp.uas.coop/drupal/civismtp/account), I get a security warning in my browser:

civismtp.uas.coop uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed.
The certificate expired on 3/30/09 10:19 PM.

(Error code: sec_error_expired_issuer_certificate)

I can ignore it for now, but since I didn't see this issue anywhere on the forum, I thought I'd let you know.

Hello,

thank you for your post.

yes, we're using a self signed certificate thus you will get a warning.

We mention this in the account details/setup email we send so people don't get confused.

Here it is just in case for folks to see:

NOTE: you might get a browser warning about the security certificate when accessing the CiviSMTP Account Settings page. Please ignore this warning and continue to the page.
