Some users getting "could not find valid key"

Hi,

I have recently setup a contribution page and I tested it on 3 different browsers on two different computers and it "worked for me" :) but I have a user reporting an error.  he gets "could not find valid key" when he clicks "continue" at the bottom of the contribute page. I searched here and most of the civicontribute posts with this error were from 2007, not sure if those were still valid suggestions.

yes, default firefox, cookies enabled.
