CiviMail - Testing mailing work but mailing never done

Using Joomla 1.5 Rc2 with CiviCRM I manage to send the test email (in civimail) but it never send the true mailling out, any clue???

Did you setup any cron job to send mails? You can also type http://....../civicrm/mailing/queue in your browser. This will send all the mails in queue.

Any idea where would we find documentation or code to study about the url:
http://....../civicrm/mailing/queue

I've been using:
http://<your drupal site>/civicrm/mailing/queue?reset=1

but I'm not sure what the ?reset parameter does or what other parameters are available.
