How to troubleshoot Google Checkout problems?

Hi,

I set up a contribution page using Google checkout and the transactions are stuck at Pending (incomplete transaction).  The charge went through and it's been all night.  How do I go about troubleshooting this?  I searched some here and I don't have a CiviCRM.log file or a Google.log type file that I can find.  I have a raw log file for my site and I see some POST's to my googleNotify.php but it's doesn't seem to be working, the modified date of that file is not changing.  What now?

Well, it's working now.  I am not sure what the permissions should be on the files and folders but I opened the /upload folder permissions a bit and things seem to be running now.
