Simple edit to Online Registration page

I'm setting up an online registration for a day camp for children, trying to remove the "(including yourself)" text next to the drop down for number of participants being registered. I can't seem to find it.
Any help would be appreciated.

 Now I have to figure out how to upload the edited tpl files to the server
