CiviMail error- message bouncing, Core error code

Hi Guys,

I am getting the following error when trying to send a message.

Searched and found no results... Any feedback would be appreciated, thanks. I am running CiviCRM version 3.1.2.

When you say you are getting this message, do you mean when sent by a link, by a cron job, a test message from step 4, testing smtp connection?  If you are making it to the step where CiviMail tries to send the emails, does your system place every contact emailed on email hold, even through they are good email addresses?

I had other issues, but am now getting the same message and am about to reinstall 3.1.2 from scratch:

I am receiving this error when I click the final "send" option. My system indicates that every e-mail has bounced instantly. (although none are sent, and none of the e-mails should bounce).

Can you send yourself a test email from the relevant CiviMail wizard step?
