jquery 404 not found error afer loading civicrm.css

I get an error http://drupalhost.com/misc/jquery.cycle.all.pack.js?1266867461 - 404 not found. I have the drupal jquery update module installed.  Has anyone seen this?  any suggestions on where to look?

I don't think this error is related to CiviCRM.
