Configure Event Tabs - No Content
February 23, 2010, 05:03:37 pm
I recently upgraded an existing CiviCRM site to 3.1. Now when I go to Manage Events and select Configure I see the list of config areas. When I click on one of the config areas I see the new tab interface with all of the labels, but no content. Clicking on any of the other tabs results in the same thing.

I have tried this on Firefox, Safari, Chrome and IE just in case it is a javascript issue, but it happens across all browsers.

Has anyone seen this before? Where can I begin troubleshooting?

Thanks for your help,
Quint

rebuilding your menus might help. Go to URL

http://<your_site>/civicrm/menu/rebuild?reset=1

(I think that's assuming clean URLs - might be

http://<drupal_site>/?q=civicrm/menu/rebuild&reset=1

without - something like that anyway)

I have rebuilt the menus and the resource URLs are correct. I can even look at the javascript in Firebug. The strange thing is that every once in a while it works just fine. 95% of the time I get nothing.

Can you clear your cache and also delete files/civicrm/templates_c

Hi Kurund,

That was the first thing I tried thinking it might be something left over in the cache from before the upgrade. I did do it one more time for good measure and I am still having the problem.

Thanks for your help,

I upgraded to 3.13 and now it is all working correctly. I don't know if I made a mistake in my upgrade to 3.12 or if there was a bug in that version, but I am going to accept that it is working now and move on.
