I'm using civi 3.1.2 with Drupal 6.15. Mysql and php are up to date.

For some reason when I navigate to Message Templates, the screen renders but there is no message template data in the html table.... I see two blank rows with enabled set to "No"

MySQL indicates that the table has data. SmartyDebug shows data in the array. I have all modules enabled except civigrant and civicase.

I am able to create a new msg template. The page indicate it is saved and the database row is created. But it doesnt display the new item either.

What is going on? Please help...
