CiviCRM - New Event Issues
February 26, 2010, 11:28:36 am
I installed CiviCRM successfully without a problem and last night I was creating test events and they were easy to create and modify.

After I changed a view setting through Joomla (which has nothing to do with this component). . .every time I attempt to create a test event it takes roughly 1-2 minutes and then it just comes up with a white screen. Once in a while it comes up with an error saying that it cannot complete the operation and due to questionable activity. . .which I have no idea what that means but more often it comes up to a white page after 1-2 minutes of what appears to be loading/working.

Prior to this, it took seconds before the next page would load.

I tried to uninstall the component and reinstall to no avail.

I also changed the setting in Joomla back to it's original and it is still giving me issues?

Any suggestions would be great! Also, are there settings from the component/extension of CiviCRM that are still on my computer even if I delete the component and installation directory for it? I feel there has to be since it worked flawlessly at first and randomly stopped.

Thank you for any help or advice!

What's your CiviCRM version? Can you check for errors in your apache log when you get blank screen ?
